A multidisciplinary creative and filmmaker hailing from San Diego and based in Detroit. His work is wide ranging, but always with a strong focus on highly cinematic, authentic storytelling.
His skillset of directing and leading creative comes from working across multiple agencies including Publicis Groupe, McCann Worldgroup, Conscious Minds, and Leo Burnett. Nico has a track record of building seamless creative from ideation to final delivery; and bridges the gap between client, agency, and production.
Most recently he has worked on brand campaigns for Nike, Opendoor, and Cadillac. He was awarded a Clio and D&AD pencil for his work with Marvel and Allegheny Health and his “Call Me Out” campaign for Chevy was nominated at the Cannes Lions Festival.
Outside of advertising, Nico holds a degrees in communication, creative design, and global business from University of Wisconsin and Harvard Business.
