Nico is a multidisciplinary creative leader, producer & filmmaker from San Diego, California. His work covers a wide range of disciplines, and balances gritty realism with a modern, innovative storytelling approach.
His high-concept filmmaking reflects experience working across multiple agencies including Publicis Groupe, McCann Worldgroup, Doner, Conscious Minds, The New Company, Los York Studio, and Leo Burnett. As a director, Nico has helmed commercials and brand campaigns for clients that include Cadillac, Nike, FCA, Pepsi, Amazon, Instagram, Opendoor, Chevy, Vodafone, and many more.
Through a thoughtful and considered approach, Nico strives to build a seamless creative connection between client, agency and production. Nico was recently recognized at the Effie, Clio, and D&AD awards for his work with Marvel and Allegheny Health and his “Call Me Out” campaign for Chevy was nominated at the Cannes Lions Festival.
Outside of advertising, Nico has a deep love for art history and holds degrees in communication, creative design, and global business from University of Wisconsin and Harvard Business.
